Shipping policy

Sweden:
All orders from SEK 600 are free of charge within Sweden. We charge a shipping cost of SEK 29 when you place an order of SEK 0-229 and a shipping cost of SEK 49 for orders of SEK 230-599. Should you order goods for SEK 600 and over but then choose to only keep goods for less than SEK 600, then we will keep a shipping fee of SEK 49 while crediting you for the goods returned to us (the products must be unused and without damages for reimbursement to take place).

VAT is included in the price. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days.

We send orders from Sweden as packages/letters with our freight/logistics supplier DHL and PostNord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company or due to force majeure. All orders are sent to your local service point/collection point where you pick up the package or the order is sent as a letter to your mailbox.

To countries outside of Sweden:
For Denmark: orders from 399 DDK are free from shipping cost. Orders between 0-398 DDK we charge shipping cost of 69 DDK. Should you order products for 399 DDK and above and then later choose to keep only products for less than 399 DDK we will keep the shipping cost and return the payment to you for the products that have been sent back and received by us (products must be unused and with no damages).
For Finland: orders from 69 EURO are free from shipping cost. Orders between 0-68 EURO we charge shipping cost of 14 EURO. Should you order products for 69 EURO and above and then later choose to keep only products for less than 69 EURO we will keep the shipping cost and return the payment to you for the products that have been sent back and received by us (products must be unused and with no damages). NOTE: We currently don't sell to Åland.
For Norway: shipping cost is 279 NOK. Note that House of Bontin handle tax for orders below 3750 NOK per product. Also, some of our products such as MSV Tennis Pointer and MSV grips and strings, are not sold to Norway due to distribution rights limitations. Contact us for more details: info@houseofbontin.se
For other EU countries the shipping cost is set in local currency and is 14 EURO or equivalent in local* currency for countries that don't have Euro as country currency. NOTE: TopspinPro is not sold to Belgium, Poland, Czech due to distribution rights limitations. NOTE: We currently don't sell/deliver to Greece, Cyprus, Malta. All prices are VAT included.

Delivery time: normal delivery time for Denmark & Finland is 2-4 business days. For Norway and other European countries: 2-6 business days.

If you want to order outside of the EU, please contact us at info@houseofbontin.se and we can check if it's possible to deliver to you. For countries outside of Europe the delivery time can vary. For orders to countries outside of the European Union, all import charges will be payed by the buyer. Please note that for Norway, House of Bontin handle tax. Norwegian customers don't have to handle import tax. House of Bontin is not responsible for any costs related to import charges or other local charges for deliveries to countries outside of EU.

NOTE:
We deliver from Sweden with DHL and PostNord. We have no financial responsibility for delays due to shipping partners or Force Majeure. Your package is sent to your closest local postal pickup service used by DHL or DHL affiliate. If there is no available postal service agent used by DHL/DHL affiliate in your area the package will be sent to your home and DHL/DHL affiliate will contact you to arrange for date for delivery.

This shop is for consumers. If you are a business and like to order larger quantites for your sports club, please contact info@houseofbontin.se House of Bontin has the rights to cancel purchases made in our shop, if we believe the products are bought in purpose of reselling. If a purchase is cancelled from our side, we will make the re-payment and inform you.
