General information
House of Bontin sells carefully selected sporting goods that will improve your development in your sport while making it fun to train and that we work with brand development on behalf of & with different sports profiles as well as management and development of sales organizations.
Introduction to the terms
The following terms and conditions apply between House of Bontin AB and its customers. Swedish law is applied to all agreements between House of Bontin and its customers.
Payment methods We have chosen Shopify Pay (card payment with MasterCard / Visa, Shop Pay, Google Pay), PayPayl and Klarna as payment solutions to make it go smoothly for you and to make you feel safe to shop with us. It is also possible to pay with Swish #1236747810, email the order to info@houseofbontin.se - state product, name, address, phone number and any discount code.

Complaints If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always receive new parts to the extent that it is possible to replace with parts. If the product needs to be replaced completely, the product must be sent to House of Bontin for examination. You pay the return shipping yourself. If the product is identified as having a manufacturing defect, the freight will be refunded. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@houseofbontin.se House of Bontin will respond to your complaint within 7 working days.
Right of withdrawal According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods (the product and product packaging must be unused and in the same condition as we sent it) without giving any reason. The right of return does not apply to specially ordered goods, e.g. personally made products such as personally strung rackets. Notice of withdrawal must be given as soon as possible, but at the latest within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. House of Bontin will respond to your message within 7 working days. Email info@houseofbontin and state your order number to have your return slip emailed to you. Print out the return slip, attach it to the package and hand it in to the agent where you picked up the package. NOTE! The return parcel must not be larger than it was when you received it from us. If you picked up the package from a box or received it by home delivery, we will indicate which agent you should return the product to. Refunds will be made when House of Bontin has received the returned product and the product and product packaging are in perfect condition. When refunding, House of Bontin deducts the cost of return shipping and an administrative fee of 89 SEK (=approx. 8 Euro) for the handling of the canceled purchase.
Damage to parcels and cost of uncollected parcels If you discover damage to the parcel, you must immediately report this to the post office or carrier and make a damage report. Do not collect a damaged parcel. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the parcel and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the parcel by the post office or the carrier, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us, we will invoice you a flat rate of 350 SEK* to cover shipping costs and our work in handling the goods (*applies to Sweden). The cost of uncollected packages from other countries amounts to 150 SEK (=about 13 Euro) in administrative costs plus the actual shipping cost from the carrier. House of Bontin will refund only when the shipping cost has been reported from the carrier.
Personal data policy House of Bontin always protects your personal privacy and strives to always protect your personal data in the best possible way. By agreeing to the policy on the Website in connection with the purchase or submission of information, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the below.
We never disclose addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or other personal data about our customers to third parties for marketing purposes, statistical processing or the like. We treat your data confidentially, whether or not you have specifically requested this. We only use the information to process customers' orders and to provide relevant marketing.
We will process the personal data that you provide or have provided to us or that we have collected on houseofbontin.se through cookies in order to administer your purchases and fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. The cookies we save with us are not used for re-marketing, ie as marketing to you outside our own website. The personal data that House of Bontin processes is your name, e-mail address, order history, delivery address, IP address and telephone number. As well as via our payment provider Swish, SEB and Izettle, social security number & debit and credit card number.
House of Bontin AB, 559269-7741 is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.
How long will my personal data be saved? If you have agreed to be a registered customer / member of House of Bontin, your information will be saved until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe as a customer at any time. If you do not register as a customer / member, your information will be saved as long as it is necessary based on legal requirements or to fulfill House of Bontin's or House of Bontin's partners' commitments to you, for example, to fulfill delivery or warranty commitments.
Regardless, your data will never be stored for longer than is permitted under current personal data legislation.
SMS/Email The mobile phone number/email address you enter at checkout may be used for SMS/email notification of delivery or other communication regarding your order.

You as a customer are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information when placing your order. House of Bontin is not responsible for any costs that may arise due to the fact that you as a customer entered the wrong information, it is you as a customer who is responsible for these additional costs.
