House of Bontin sells carefully selected sporting goods that will improve your development in your sport while it should be fun to train and we work with brand development on behalf of & with different sports profiles as well as management and development of sales organizations.
The following terms and conditions apply between House of Bontin AB and its customers. Swedish law applies to all agreements between House of Bontin and its customers.
Payment methods We have chosen Shopify Pay (card payment with MasterCard/Visa, Shop Pay, Google Pay), Klarna, PayPal as payment solutions to make it smooth for you and to make you feel safe to shop with us. It is also possible to pay with Swish #1236747810, email your order to email@example.com - please include product, name, address, phone number and discount code.

Complaints and return policy If you can prove that the product is faulty, you will always receive new parts to the extent that it can be replaced with parts. If the product needs to be replaced completely, the product must be sent to House of Bontin for examination. You pay the return freight yourself. If the product is identified as having a manufacturing defect, the shipping will be refunded. For a refund - please provide your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number. In case of complaint please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org House of Bontin will respond to your complaint within 7 working days.
Right of withdrawal According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason. Notification of this must be made as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods. (Does not apply to specially ordered goods, eg"personally made products") We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency see: Konsumentverket.se Email info@houseofbontin and state your order number to have your return slip emailed to you. You print the return slip and attach it to the package and hand it in to the service point agent where you picked up the package. If your package was delivered to your home inform us in your email and we will give you information on how to return it. Refunds are made as soon as House of Bontin receives the returned product and the product is in perfect condition. House of Bontin will deduct the cost of the return shipping as well as an administrative fee of 89 SEK (approx 8 Euro) for handling the canceled purchase. In the event of a returned purchase, please contact us at email@example.com House of Bontin will respond to your returned purchase message within 7 working days.
Damage to parcels and cost of undelivered parcels If you discover damage to the parcel, you must immediately notify the post office or carrier and make a damage report. Do not collect a damaged parcel. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the parcel and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the postal service or carrier, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with DHL cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us, we will invoice you a flat fee of 350 SEK* to cover shipping costs and our work in handling the goods (*applies to Sweden). The cost for undelivered packages from other countries is 150 SEK (approx 13 Euro) as an administrative charge plus the actual shipping cost from DHL. House of Bontin will only refund once the shipping cost has been reported from DHL.
Personal data policy House of Bontin always protects your privacy and strives to always protect your personal data in the best possible way. By accepting the policy on the Website in connection with the purchase or submission of information, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the below.
We never disclose addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or other personal data of our customers to third parties for marketing purposes, statistical processing or the like. We treat your data confidentially whether or not you have specifically requested this. We only use the information to process customer orders and to offer relevant marketing.
We will process the personal data that you provide or have provided to us or that we have collected on houseofbontin.se through cookies in order to administer your purchases and fulfil our obligations to you as a customer. The cookies that we store with us are not used for re-marketing, i.e. as marketing to you outside our own website. The personal data that House of Bontin processes is your name, e-mail address, order history, delivery address, IP address and telephone number. As well as via our payment provider Swish, SEB and Izettle, personal identity number & debit and credit card number.
House of Bontin AB, 559269-7741 is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.
How long is my personal data stored? If you have agreed to be a registered customer/member of House of Bontin, your data is stored until you deregister. You can unsubscribe as a customer at any time. If you do not register as a customer/member, your data will be stored for as long as is necessary based on legal requirements or to fulfil House of Bontin's or House of Bontin's partners' obligations towards you, e.g. to fulfil delivery or warranty obligations.
Regardless, your data will never be stored longer than permitted by applicable personal data legislation.
SMS/Email The mobile phone number/email address you provide at checkout may be used for SMS/email notification of delivery or other communication regarding your order.
